“I have a very large playful 10 month pup who would always pull when out walking and can be quite impulsively reactive to other dogs, people, cars, squirrels etc…(though not in an aggressive way). An accidental meeting with Thomas one Saturday led to us arranging for him to work with both Cooper and I at home to resolve some of the lead walking issues. Thomas was so lovely, and put us both at ease right away. He was knowledgable and calm, even when Cooper was reactive and trying to figure things out, and helped me to realise that some of my reactions were triggering certain behaviours from Cooper. He guided me through the steps necessary to take control while still ensuring Cooper can be Cooper - which is so important to me. After just 3 seasons (none of which were at all rushed) Thomas has equipped me with the tools and tips I need to make lead walking a much more enjoyable and relaxed experience for both myself and Cooper!
